We are currently accepting applications.
NO ENTRANCE FEE
We do not charge an entry fee for our award program, nor do unsuccessful applicants have to pay.
We deem this the fairest and low-risk structure for our applicants.
Should you be successful, four honouree levels; seal only, level 1, level 2, and premium are available as detailed below.
Please note: The program is run on a largely volunteer basis. We keep our costs as low as possible so that small and large companies alike can reap the benefits of our program.
*We are able to offer flexible payment plans.
There is no obligation for honourees to pursue a level with us, however, we do not allow the use of our seal or the promotion of an award-winning status without a level being selected.

How else do we support our winners?

We regularly share our winners across our social platforms.

We may feature winners in our monthly bulletins and include a point-of-sale link to their product, service, or eatery.

Winners may feature in our annual publications, including annual gift guides for Christmas, Easter, Valentine's, and more.

We encourage our winners to share news of discounts, sales, and relevant announcements with us to include within the above publications.
The Process
Our evaluation process will differ depending on whether you are submitting products, applying as a service or an eatery.
Once the team receives your application form you’ll receive a confirmation email, within this you’ll be advised of what you need to submit to progress to the evaluation stage, for example sending sample products or providing customer testimonials.
Once the team has received the samples or the requested information, the application will be assigned to a minimum of 3 evaluators with the most relevant knowledge and experience relating to the applicant.
Evaluators blind test all products meaning the team will remove the items from the original packaging before distribution.
The evaluators will submit their feedback and the final outcome will be signed off by the Head Evaluator and our CEO.
Applicants will receive their outcome via email.
Eligibility
To be eligible your product or service must be safe and comply with UK product safety guidelines, or equivalent standards and must be easily available for purchase and VEGAN.
We do not accept prototypes or unpublished items and are unable to evaluate very large items, or items that require payment.
If you are an eatery we will need to see evidence of customer reviews, full menu information, images of inside and outside the venue, website and any socials and hygiene rating.
(We will happily consider brand applications if your full range of products is vegan, please be in touch to see if you would qualify.)

We accept applications year round and will usually share an outcome within 2 weeks of receiving your product, some items may take longer such as
lengthy books, cookbooks and training courses.
You will be given full instructions on how to provide your product, service or eatery for evaluation upon completion of your online application.
We are unable to return sample products, but, do our best to donate appropriately upon completion of the evaluation process.
