It is a vegan bakery shop and cafe, run by a fully vegan family who are passionate about baking delicious foods without animal products.
They pride themselves on being eco-friendly, plastic-free, and serving delicious food in an environmentally friendly way.
They offer dine-in and takeaway options, with a wide range of products including speciality coffees all with the option of Vegan squirty cream.
They also serve tea, freshly made smoothies, homemade healthy lunches, afternoon teas, cakes, and bakes - plus bespoke celebration cakes made to order!

As winners of a Vegan Choice Award, we were lucky enough to have a chat with them and find out all about this amazing vegan business.
What inspired you to create a vegan bakery and cafe?
After going vegan, we had to learn to bake our family recipes using vegan ingredients. We gave some to friends and family who then began to request them from us and recommend them to their friends. Soon we were being asked to bake for people regularly and received so many orders that we decided to set up a home baking business. We were doing Saturday treat boxes until we started receiving wholesale order requests from local cafes which led us to need a bigger kitchen. We had talked about opening a cafe in the past so decided to go for it when we stumbled upon a suitable premises while being unable to find a commercial kitchen to hire.
What's the most popular item on the menu?
All of our products are really popular and we have times where each item is a top seller but our leading products would have to be our special recipe fudgy brownie, millionaires shortbread and Greek style kebab
What do you think makes your bakery stand out from others in your industry?
Our bakery is the only vegan bakery in Lincoln and surrounding areas and almost all of our products are homemade using our own created recipes. We offer a large menu with a strong emphasis on providing healthy, nutritious meals that taste great to vegans and non vegans alike. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and aim to make our meals accessible and affordable to everyone with a low impact on the environment. We are also a zero single use plastic business and only use compostable or degradable packaging
Anything upcoming events or offers you'd like to share with our readers?
We have lots of pop up events going on throughout summer and autumn and a big birthday weekend planned at the cafe in September!
Most importantly, where can we find you?
Our cafe is based on Lincoln High Street. We are about a 5-10 minute walk from the town center and there is parking for up to six cars right outside. We also offer a postal box service.
